We have wide range of Iron Oxides such as Black Oxide, Red Iron Oxide, Ferric Oxide, Ferric Hydroxide, FeOOH, Fe2O3, Fe3O4, Black Iron Oxide Pigment, Magnetic Iron Oxide for various Industrial Applications.
Iron Oxides available in coarser and fine grades as well as mixtures of these grades. We are making 1 mm to very fine 0.5 Micron particle size ranges. Each grade has a controlled particle size distribution. We design our grades in such a way that we ensure to fits your application.
Black Iron Oxide Pigments range HighOx from Sampad Group are high-quality inorganic color pigment with excellent color stability, light fastness, weather stability and chemical resistance.
Applications:
With our company, you are guaranteed a consistent and high quality product through our constant drive for effective resource management of our raw materials & process controls ensuring long term availability of materials and future partnerships with our current and prospective clients.
Iron oxide Pigments are widely used as inexpensive, durable pigments with large number of benefits and application around wide range of industries, construction & other products.
Synthetic Red Oxide are the most common oxide color and have the highest amount of iron. Due to their pure hue, consistent properties, and tinting strength, they have become increasingly important in various fields of applications. They are available commercially as a soft and very fine dry powder made by advance processing technology.
Black iron oxide or Magnetite is used for corrosion resistance purposes. Black oxide is used in anti-corrosion paints (used in many bridges, and Eiffel tower).
Features of the Industry
Excellent dispensability, excessive thermal stability, mild and chemical stability, UV absorption, and different such useful propertires of Iron Oxide Pigments.
Iron oxide pigments will not affect the strength or workability of concrete when used in standard doses. They offer a host of benefits to the concrete contractor, architect, ready mix concrete producer, and manufactured concrete product producer. Thesepigments can drastically improve the value of concrete. By adding color, concrete is more attractive and provides color-related properties such as solar reflectiveness.
Iron oxide pigments produce vibrant, durable colors in concrete and other cementitious materials. These pigments are tested and certified by the American Society for the Testing of Materials to be light-fast, insoluble, and alkali resistant (ASTM C-979). This means pigments will not deteriorate over time and will be readily visible in the concrete. Due to their small size, ten times smaller than cement particles, pigments disperse in the mix, embed in the cement matrix, and give the appearance of uniform coloration.
Black iron oxide is used as a source of Fe in ceramic applications, particularly in glazing where price and its black raw color are important. This mateial provide the color in glaze after being fired at high temperatures. High purity, low heavy metal content grades are available. Our black iron powder products have 97% or more Fe3O4. Magnetite >97% Fe3O4 (Black Iron Oxide).
We can supply iron oxide for glass industries in safe packaging all across the globe.
The type of oxide decides what color the glass will obtain.
It is an important ingredient during the making of colored glass.
This is mainly used as coloring agent.
For friction applications, iron oxide powders have being applied in various semi-metallic friction materials from resinbonded light/heavy-duty disc and drum brake pads to sintered motorcycle brake pads, clutches, railroad and aircraft brake lining, etc.
With combining characteristics analysis of iron oxide powders with brake manufacturing practices, the benefits of adding iron oxide powder in friction formulas can be considered as:
1) Modify brake performance
2) Minimize brake noise
3) Increase brake thermal conductivity
4) Reduce rotor wear
5) Make brake lighter
6) Reduce production cost
WATER TREATMENT
RealMag, manufactured from the natural mineral Magnetite, is an iron source to produce coagulants and flocculants for the water treatment industry. RealMag helps to remove contaminates and toxins from water supplies.
This Magnetite competes effectively with all forms of media and membrane filtration and conventional clarification, and is proven effective for:
Municipal applications
Primary treatment (chemically enhanced primary treatment)
Storm water / CSO (combined sewer overflow)
Recycle-reuse applications
Reverse osmosis pretreatment
Drinking Water
Heavy metals removal
Reservoir for high solids, algae, and phosphorus
Industrial applications
Food and beverage
Oil and gas
Industrial make-up process water
Features
Easy to incorporate into any type of coagulation/flocculation process
Can use with any type of clarifier (circular, rectangular, inclined plate/tube settlers)
Recycling promotes sludge densification and solids contact for better flocculation and sweeping effect in clarifiers to enhance capture of colloidal particles.
This Magnetite is dense (2X more dense than silica sand), fully inert (NSF certified for DW applications), not abrasive and magnetically retrievable (high recovery rates.)
Key Benefits
Superior contaminant removal – Efficiently reduces total suspended solids (TSS), total phosphorus (TP), turbidity, color, pathogens, and metals far below conventional treatment, without the need for filters
Low costs – High-rate, ballasted clarification allows for smaller reaction and solids separation tanks, minimal power consumption and moderate chemical use
Easy incorporation – RealMag is easy to incorporate into existing tankage
Lower OPEX – Continuously recovers and reuses up to 98+% of the injected RealMag, offering a sustainable process for lower OPEX
Process stability – Stability under shock loads – does not choke or plug; rapid startup and quick process optimization
Ultraviolet enabling – The high transmissivity of the RealMag System effluent reduces energy and operating costs of final purification
